  X- ray fluorescence spectrometer
           It is analytical technique in order to find the type of elements and the amount of elements in the sample substance by using the principle that when electron in one circle of atom jump from level with higher energy to level with lower energy, it will dissipate energy in form of X-ray which varied among elements. These Characteristic X-ray emitted from sample will help identify each elements in substance.

Inspection of finished products
           The analytical technique of the thermal expansion coefficient (COE) is the difference of the length or volume of the workpiece that has changed when the temperature shift for 1 centigrade comparing with the initial length or volume. The thermal expansion coefficient is specific property of each materials which depends on the chemical components, crystal structure, melting point, thickness of the workpiece and burning temperature.
